has inspired me to upgrade our Book Blog here at AHS. Today I am making a fresh start to give you guys more personalized information on great reads and cool things happening in the AHS Library and the world of books at large.
Right now I am reading The Passage by Justin Cronin.
My lovely library volunteer Alex suggested it and it is fabulous. Thanks for the suggestion Alex. I just can't put it down. Author, Justin Cronin was featured in the Houston Chronicle last year because he is also a Professor at Rice University and lives in Houston with his family. He is also not so bad to look at.
Just to give you an idea of what the book is about. It is set in the future in America and a government experiment has gone terribly wrong and is causing people to catch a virus that turns them into bloodthirsty vampires. Sounds fun right. Now don't get me wrong, I love the Twilight Series, but this is sooo much better.
We don't have a copy in the AHS library yet, but we will as soon as I finish my copy.
