You by Charles Beniot

Kyle Chase is an average fifteen year old, who traces back his steps to discover how he came into this current predicament. Where did it start? Jake? Ashley? Zach? The party? The break in? Why does everyone talk "at" him and never really listen to him?

A suspenseful YA novel that is a must read for teens and those who live and work with them. It brings to light how quickly one small choice leads to another when dealing with schools, friends, jobs, and parents. You serves as a reminder to really listen and pay attention to what others are saying and doing. The only quibble I had with this novel, it is written in second person point of view. Once the reader gets past that, it is a fast read which will leave you with good questions for discussion.
